Delivery Timelines- 7-21 working days | Some products which are in-stock  are shipped within 24-48 hours.

Handwoven Bags are shipped in 30-45 working days, as each handwoven bag is handmade and made to order at our facility in Chennai.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of checkout. MILL will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All of the products are dispatched from our warehouse in Okhla, New Delhi. We use Delhivery, Bludart and DTDC as our courier partners for PAN India Delivery. Tracking links are shared via email for all products during dispatch.

Exchange

MILL has a no questions asked 7 day exchange policy. Please ensure all tags and accessories are in-tact and in perfect condition during pickup. We are not liable to exchange any products picked up from any offline locations, stores etc. Please contact the source for the exchange. All 3rd party stores in India & Outside India have their own terms and conditions.

Exchange process is charged at Rs. 199/-per product and can take upto 15 working days in case of shoes and 7 working days in case of Handbags & Small Leather Accessories. Incase the product you like is out of stock you can opt for a credit note.

Please note that items purchased from our website cannot be exchanged in store.

Returns & Refunds

We will only process returns and exchanges for MILL items that are in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged.

Handwoven Leather Bags are not eligible for returns as they are made on order.

At MILL, we do not offer cancellations as each piece is individually handmade and crafted specifically to your order. Once placed, your order goes straight into production.

In case of a refund, there will be a Rs 799/- deduction, the money will be reversed to the source account within 14 days of the pickup.

We charge Rs 499 to re-ship your order in case of an RTO, to avoid this please recheck your email and contact information before ordering.
